Practice Monday,Wednesday, Friday 4:00pm -5:30pm. Open to athletes who want structured sprint and event specific training in a team environment without the full-time commitment. We will meet three days per week with flexible attendance.Fee covers USATF membership, club uniform, and club dues.

Monday through Friday | 4:30–6:30 PM
Five to six days per week with regular attendance required. Individualized programming built around weight training, 1080 Sprint resistance/overspeed work, advanced biomechanics technology, and collegiate recruitment.
